Product Description

A student-athlete looking to take their game to the next level goes beyond performance in games and how hard they work to improve their skills. We aim to help committed players in every step they take towards becoming the best they can be.  An often overlooked step is the one in the direction of increasing sports specific athletic abilities, such as vertical leaping ability and first step explosion.  In order for athletes to improve vertical leaping ability as well as their first step quickness, certain muscle groups must be targeted.
